Jonathan is the director and founder of Technical Recipes. He boasts degrees in engineering and mathematics and over 15 years of professional software development experience. He enjoys using his analytical skills to design software development architecture and high quality solutions to our clients' needs. His other passions include environmental issues, architecture, food, DIY building projects, travel and tricking (an amalgamation of gymnastics and martial arts).

Andrew has been with us for over 5 years. He has a multitude of technical skills and experience in both software and large enterprise IT. He has a rare ability for communication with clients and an analytical mind to provide solutions that really fit well to the customer's needs. Andrew loves writing and performing music, learning foreign languages and swimming at the beach.

Lakshmi gives Technical Recipes its creative edge. She has a rich background in psychology, graphic design, publishing, teaching, writing and online business development. She brings web marketing, SEO, graphic design and content writing to our customers. She's also good with computers. She has a second degree black belt in Taekwondo so customers never complain.
